How to Structure PPC Campaigns for Clearer Decisions
Campaign structure should make decisions easier. A useful structure separates meaningful differences without creating more parts than the team can maintain.

Choose campaign boundaries
Separate campaigns when budgets, locations, conversion goals, or service priorities need independent control. If those settings are shared, an ad group or theme may be enough.
Keep themes focused
Within each campaign, group queries with a common intent. The ads and landing page should remain relevant to every important search in that group.
Name things consistently
Use names that show channel, market, service, intent, and status in a predictable order. Consistent labels reduce reporting mistakes and make handoffs easier.
Avoid unnecessary fragmentation
Very small groups can spread data and maintenance effort too thin. Start with the distinctions that affect a real decision, then split only when evidence or control requirements justify it.
