Billing & Cancellations
How to discuss service charges, changes, cancellation requests and possible refunds.

Your agreed service terms
Each engagement should have a written scope or agreement covering the work, service fees, advertising budget, payment schedule, third-party costs and any cancellation or refund terms. This page provides a contact process and does not create a fixed refund period or a universal payment deadline.
Sending a general enquiry through the website does not, by itself, place a paid order.
Service fees and advertising costs
ADNOON service fees and amounts paid to advertising platforms or other providers are separate unless the written agreement expressly combines them. A platform’s own charges, account balances, credits and refund rules are subject to that provider’s terms.
Ask for clarification before authorising work or expenditure if any part of a quote, invoice or budget is unclear.
Changes and cancellation requests
Send a change or cancellation request through our contact page or the contact channel identified in your agreement. Identify the service, relevant invoice or project reference, and the change you are requesting. Avoid including payment-card information or account passwords.
The effect of a request depends on the agreed terms, the stage of work, costs already incurred or committed, and any applicable rights. A campaign or external commitment should not be assumed to have stopped until its status has been confirmed.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility and any amount due are assessed under the applicable agreement and law, taking account of the service provided and relevant costs. A website enquiry is not an automatic approval of a refund. Advertising-platform refunds or credits may need to be handled by the platform under its own process.
If a refund is agreed, the amount, method and expected processing steps should be confirmed to you. This page does not state a processing time that has not been agreed.
Billing questions and concerns
If a charge appears incorrect or a service outcome is disputed, contact us with the relevant information so the issue can be reviewed. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. See our Website Terms for related information.
